Don't Like dA? F--- You

I've heard soooooo much complaining about deviantart lately and well, I'm pretty sick of it. If you don't like it, leave... Don't complain for 6 months straight and make journals that don't do anything more annoy the rest of us.. and with that, I'd like to tell you all my story and why I love deviantart.
Doubt you'll have time to read this, and absolutely no time to respond, but I like telling this story anyways. So, I used to be a computer engineer, and I absolutely hated it. I got into computers because I loved 3D art, everything about it... But, where I live (out in the middle of no where, covered in woods) it is hard to even find someone that knows how to work one properly. So, the thought of actually working in the 3D world was left to the 'Gods' of art and computers, nothing I thought I could ever have a chance in. But, one day I came across dA and I saw how many people were brand new to it, and they were stuggling along. That helped me to deside to just start playing around with some 3D programs. Once I was making some pretty neat pictures (just plan 3D cube rooms, everyone does them in the beginning), I decided to post it up on dA. Right away I was getting feedback, not always positive, but usually friendly. But WOW, people actually liked my stuff... But, I think I can get better... so I toyed around with bigger better programs, and in turn I got better. All along the way getting the feedback on my stuff that helped me strive to be better. A few years later, and here I am, I changed careers and I'm now a professional 3D animator, working for a well respected and skilled gaming studio... I really do owe a lot of that to Deviantart and the friends I made here.
