Allergies and Heart Health

So, I found out I have more heart problems then originally thought and I'm going to be going through more tests. Coming up is a 2D echo and a doppler on my left leg. Apparently, my palse in my left leg is much weaker than my right, and that is probably the cause of some pain I've been having. I was also put on 3 more medications and I'm up to quite a bit of meds per day. My breakfast now consists of 5 pills, my lunch is 3 pills, and dinner has 2 pills! They are also talking about putting me on that one medication I talked about before, which has horrible side effects. Ah well, I'm not dead yet, so this must be making me stronger right?
As for the allergies, I just found out I have food allergies and I need to stay away from some things. Here is a short list of what is on my list of things to eliminate from my diet.
Beer (OMG, someone please kill me NOW)
Wine
All liquor
All cheese (except american)
All bread (except White and Whole Wheat)
All canned food
No dried fruit (this includes raisens)
Only FRESH meat, meaning I have to go to a butcher
No milk older than 3 days old
No deli meats
Only fresh tomato (meaning no pasta sause unless made from scratch, and no tomato paste)
No salad dressing
No Ketchup
Cider
Fruit Skins
MSG
Pretzels
Processed Sugar
Soft Drinks and mixed drinks
Chocolate
Corn
Potatoes
High-Fructose Corn Syrup
And many more things I need to add to this list...
